★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom condomínio, bem localizado e estruturado. O ponto negativo - e o principal motivo pelo qual não moraria nesse local - é o barulho dos veículos da estrada Anhanguera.
A good condominium, well located and structured. The downside - and the main reason I wouldn't live there - is the noise from vehicles on the Anhanguera road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ local perfeito, de fácil acesso, perto do melhor shopping da cidade, supermercados, farmácias, caixas eletrônicos, posto de combustível, ...enfim tudo que se precisa para uma vida tranquila, super importante lembrar que é rota de ônibus fretado para São Paulo que me leva e me deixa diariamente, na porta de casa. Quanto aos moradores de uma maneira geral, são famílias e jovens casais Classe A.B+
perfect location, easily accessible, near the best shopping mall in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, gas station, ... finally everything you need for a quiet life, super important to remember that is charter bus route to Sao Paulo that takes me and leaves me daily at the door of the house. As for the residents in general, they are families and young couples. Class A.B +

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mudei para cá, esta semana, muito tranquilo, achei que por ser de frente para a anhanguera seria mais barulho, mas fechando as janelas e porta da varanda, e bem menos o barulho, lugar bem gostoso ,,,
I moved here this week, very quiet, I thought that being facing the anhanguera would be more noise, but closing the windows and balcony door, and much less the noise, very nice place ,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar extremamente barulhento. Ouve-se os vizinhos andarem nos apartamentos. Vizinhos batem nas paredes, arrastam móveis o que torna o barulho ainda mais perturbador. Falha GRAVE de isolamento acústico da construtora GAFISA. Nos domingos, as motos na Rodovia Anhanguera, fazem um barulho infernal!!!! Fecha-se as janelas e aí ouve-se os barulhos dos vizinhos. Só consigo dormir da meia-noite às cinco da manhã. Lugar doentio para quem quer sossego.
Extremely noisy place. The neighbors are heard walking in the apartments. Neighbors knock on walls, drag furniture, which makes the noise even more disturbing. SERIOUS acoustic insulation failure of the construction company GAFISA. On Sundays, the motorbikes on Rodovia Anhanguera make a hellish noise !!!! You close the windows and then you hear the noises of the neighbors. I can only sleep from midnight to five in the morning. Unhealthy place for those who want peace.
