★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei neste condomínio alguns anos atrás. Gostava muito. O valor, na época, era acessível (em comparação com outros da cidade), a localização é boa e é bem tranquilo. Tem mercado perto, padaria, ponto de ônibus... Morava no 3º andar e, mesmo não havendo elevador, não era um problema (mas talvez seja pra pessoas mais idosas). Tem garagem no térreo, e acho a planta bem planejada
I lived in this condo a few years ago. I really liked it. The value, at the time, was affordable (compared to others in the city), the location is good and it's very quiet. There's a market nearby, a bakery, a bus stop... I lived on the 3rd floor and, even though there was no elevator, it wasn't a problem (but maybe it's for older people). It has a garage on the ground floor, and I think the plant is well planned
