â â â â â A administração cuida muito bem do espaço fĂsico em geral, principalmente da jardinagem. FuncionĂĄrios educados, principalmente da portaria. SĂł precisa da educação de alguns moradores, respeitando o uso de mĂĄscaras, dentro do condomĂnio.
 The administration takes good care of the physical space in general, especially the gardening. Polite staff, especially the concierge. It only needs the education of some residents, respecting the use of masks within the condominium.

Aluguei um apartamento aqui e me arrependo. Lugar mt barulhento, vc escuta tudo, paredes mt finas, escuto gnt do outro bloco ! Pais berrando com criança, vizinha cantando beyonce 7hrs da manha em pleno domingo, povo escuta som altĂssimo, parece uma guerra entre blocos, aviĂŁo passa muito perto... e olha q sou acostumada com barulho de aviĂŁo! Trabalho no aeroporto, mas quando to em casa parece q to trabalhando. Escuto todos os passos do vizinho de cima, parece q anda com tijolo no pĂ©. Ă Um tocando capoeira, a outra escutando pagode, gnt.... nĂŁo tem sossego nenhum, nĂŁo fazia ideia que ia ser tĂŁo barulhento assim!! 4 apartamentos por andar e vc escuta quando povo chega, quando sai...
Os apartamentos sao bons, o condomĂnio em si Ă© bom, mas sossego vc nĂŁo vai ter. Os vizinhos nĂŁo respeitam tbm, muito chato isso, Parece q aqui nao funciona a lei do silĂȘncio,! Olha se vc eh solteira(o) ou casada (o) mas sem filhos e preza pela paz... nem cogite morar aqui.
If you are looking for a quiet place to live, here is NOT an option.
I rented an apartment here and I regret it. Very noisy place, you hear everything, very thin walls, I hear gnt from the other block! Parents screaming with child, neighbor singing beyonce 7hrs in the morning on Sunday, people hear very loud sound, it seems a war between blocks, plane passes very close ... and look I'm used to plane noise! I work at the airport, but when I'm at home it seems like I'm working. I hear all the steps of the neighbor from above, it seems that he has a brick in his foot. It's one playing capoeira, the other listening to pagode, gnt .... there's no rest, I had no idea it was going to be so noisy !! 4 apartments per floor and you listen when people arrive, when you leave ...
The apartments are good, the condo itself is good, but you won't have peace of mind. The neighbors do not respect TBM, very annoying, It seems that the law of silence does not work here! Look if you are single or married but without children and cherish peace ... don't even consider living here.

â â â â â pior lugar para morar, pĂ©ssimos funcionarios, quem quer paz nĂŁo vem morar aqui, as crianças nĂŁo param, parece que vieram de um hospĂcio, esses moradores nĂŁo sabem convier em sociedade,precisam ser internados no hospĂcio de Barbacena, se querem viver, fiquem longe daqui, o lugar transmite radioatividade.
worst place to live, terrible employees, those who want peace don't come to live here, the children don't stop, it seems they came from a hospice, these residents don't know how to live in society, they need to be hospitalized in the Barbacena hospice, if they want to live, stay away from here, the place transmits radioactivity.

Precisa melhorar a academia (mais equipamentos), o restante um bom lugar para morar em famĂlia, jĂĄ estou a 1 ano por aqui e sĂł tenho a agradecer todos os envolvidos nos trabalhos (portaria, limpeza e outros), que deixam a nossa vida no condomĂnio mais fĂĄcil e tranquila.
The structure is very good... The gym needs to be improved (more equipment), the rest a good place to live with my family, I've been here for 1 year and I just have to thank everyone involved in the work (concierge, cleaning and others) , which make our life in the condominium easier and more peaceful.

Relatively new and very beautiful condominium. Several leisure options. Low condo fee. Fixed and covered garage for most residents and parking space for visitors within the condominium. For up to 03 people is a great purchase.
