★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tranquila um amigo, sempre quando visito o meu amigo que reside lá eu consigo ver um lugar tranquilo e satisfatório , tem porteiros sempre de vigia para não deixar qualquer um entrar no apartamento , evita a entrada de todo tipo de pessoa que queiram causar algum tipo de confusão, residência super tranquila.
 Super quiet a friend, always when I visit my friend who resides there I can see a peaceful and satisfying place, there are porters always on the lookout not to let anyone enter the apartment, avoid the entry of all kinds of people who want to cause some kind of confusion, super quiet residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns condôminos não recolhem as fezes dos seus animais que levam para passear.
O estacionamento reservado para visitantes é muito pequeno, mal calculado para quantidade de salões de festas e suas respectivas lotações, sendo que há espaço de sobra próximo da área de reciclagem e depois da cerca dos visitantes.
Alguns funcionários de portaria só trabalham de cara emburrada, parecendo estar sempre de mal humor.
A coleta de lixo é boa, a limpeza é feita regularmente.
Playground é legal.
As piscinas são pequenas, poderia haver uma de maior porte.
Os apartamentos São aconchegante alguns com 3 quartos. Só torcer pra não quebrar nenhuma esquadria do imóvel pois é difícil conseguir e não pode mudar o padrão.

Some concierge workers only work with a sullen face, always seeming to be in a bad mood.

Playground is cool.
The pools are small, there could be a bigger one.
The apartments are cozy, some with 3 bedrooms. Just hope you don't break any frames of the property because it's hard to get and you can't change the pattern.
