Localidade, fácil acesso, com estacionamento próprio, fácil acesso para deficientes, preços bem competitivos, grande variedade de produtos, local organizado e limpo. Pontos negativos: nao chega a ser um ponto negativo, mas me incomoda um pouco o fato de antes de comprar, oferecerem descontos em produtos que nao iremos comprar, sempre tiram uma notinha com alguns descontos. Acho que o atendimento seria mais rápido se pulassem essa etapa. Fora isso nao tenho do que reclamar. Dou 5 estrelas com louvor.
Positives: service, very attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Location, easy access, with own parking, easy access for the disabled, very competitive prices, great variety of products, clean and organized place. Negative points: it is not a negative point, but it does bother me a little that before buying, they offer discounts on products that we will not buy, they always take a note with some discounts. I think that the service would be faster if they skipped this stage. Other than that I have nothing to complain about. I give 5 stars with praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o Xarope Koid D hoje na filial de Belford Roxo (próximo ao Carrefour) e assim que cheguei em casa, 15 minutos depois, percebi que eu tenho 2 frascos do mesmo remédio em casa. Assim que percebi, mandei um WhatsApp para a loja informando o ocorrido e solicitando o estorno da compra.
A loja informou que não faz estorno, apenas a troca. Mas, não tenho nada, no momento, para trocar pois já gastei 160 reais em remédios alérgicos para meu filho na semana passada (com a própria Pacheco). Entendo que há política na empresa de não realizar estorno. Mas, é questão de BOM SENSO, já que em 15 minutos, tempo que cheguei em casa, identifiquei o problema e comuniquei a loja.
Estou bem decepcionada com a falta de empatia da loja em não tentar entender meu problema e realizar o estorno uma vez que o medicamento está intacto.
Podem consultar e vão identificar que todos os meses estou comprando com a loja. Fico chateada pq quando precisei de uma ajuda não foi nem analisado com cuidado o caso e já foi negado.
Por mais que seja ao lado da minha casa, não comprarei mais.
I bought Koid D Syrup today at the Belford Roxo branch (near Carrefour) and as soon as I got home, 15 minutes later, I noticed that I have 2 bottles of the same medicine at home. As soon as I realized, I sent a WhatsApp to the store informing what happened and requesting a refund of the purchase.
The store said they do not refund, only exchange. But, at the moment, I don't have anything to exchange because I already spent 160 reais on allergy medicine for my son last week (with Pacheco herself). I understand that the company has a no refund policy. But, it's a matter of GOOD SENSE, since in 15 minutes, when I got home, I identified the problem and communicated the store.
I am very disappointed with the lack of empathy from the store in not trying to understand my problem and carry out the chargeback once the medication is intact.
You can consult and will identify that every month I am buying with the store. I'm upset because when I needed help, the case wasn't even carefully analyzed and it was already denied.
As much as it is next to my house, I won't buy anymore.
