★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro nesse condomínio. Temos a vantagem de estar perto do centro de guarulhos e de São Paulo também. Mas também temos muitos problemas para serem resolvidos e muito a melhorar! Falta espaço adequado para as crianças, acessibilidade adequada na área comum e não temos estacionamento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem estacionamento, a fachada dos blocos mereciam um melhor acabamento, as paredes das escadarias estão sujas, escritas com canetas e nenhuma pintura para melhorar o aspecto de abandono. Além de tudo, o condomínio ainda é muito caro. O que salva é o jardim da parte externa.
There is no parking, the facade of the blocks deserved a better finish, the walls of the stairs are dirty, written with pens and no paint to improve the abandoned appearance. On top of that, the condo is still very expensive. What saves is the garden from the outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os aptos são ótimos, bem divididos e espaçosos, a localização também é muito boa, só peca no estacionamento que nao tem, só particular, na porta, também hoje aptos novos são pequenos e sem estacionamento.
