★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando o síndico (vulgo Zé) que é chatissimo (espero que seja demitido ou algo pior) e a infraestrutura de alguns locais como o salão de jogos e a quadra, que são ruins, o lugar é bem agradável e bonito, já fiz altas resenhas por lá.
Apart from the superintendent (aka Zé) who is boring (I hope he gets fired or something worse) and the infrastructure of some places like the games room and the court, which are bad, the place is very nice and beautiful, I've done high reviews over there.

Great condominium in the central area of the city, unique tower building, 24 hour concierge, swimming pool, party room, games room and court. Always clean and well organized.
