O condomínio em si é o ideal, os apartamentos, porém, são pequenos, antigos, com instalações um pouco precárias havendo problemas de fiação e de vazamentos. A taxa de condomínio também é bastante alto para o pequeno espaço de lazer para crianças e um local para festas.
Quiet, peaceful, calm, pleasant and organized. The condo itself is ideal, the apartments, however, are small, old, with a little precarious installations with problems with wiring and leaks. The condo fee is also quite high for the small children's play space and a party venue.
