★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio tranquilo e bem administrado. Possui várias árvores frondosas e uma área de lazer sem piscina, mas com um salão onde é possível realizar pequenos eventos. Infelizmente tem um problema comum aos prédios de alvenaria estrutural: o barulho se propaga com facilidade pelas lajes e paredes.
Quiet and well managed condominium. It has several leafy trees and a leisure area without a swimming pool, but with a hall where it is possible to hold small events. Unfortunately, it has a problem common to structural masonry buildings: noise spreads easily through the slabs and walls.
