★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio na area rural de Pirassununga, mas muito próximo ao centro da cidade. Esta no início, poucas casas mas promete ser de excelente nível com casas bonitas e muita area verde. Tem um bosque para caminhadas, parque, pracinha e etc, uma verdadeira mini cidade. São 220 lotes com vizinhança de um lado USP e de outro a via Anhanguera. O acesso é por via asfaltada. Há uma portaria, para entrar é preciso se identificar.
