It is a quiet place, nice neighbors, lots of green area that makes the place very beautiful, with a playground, covered garages, it's really cool.

Expensive condominium, annoying neighbors, students' mess, responsible doesn't do anything, noise all the time until dawn. Other than that it is well located. If I get better I will give more stars.

Too many units in space, no privacy. The apartments have small rooms. It's not good value for money.
