★ ★ ★ ★ ★ um ótimo lugar para morar, perto da avenida possuindo kitnets mobiliadas e kitnets não mobiliadas também, são quase todas com dois quartos e possui estacionamento também, fica um pouco próximo da avenida principal da cohama, ou seja, tem tudo perto. como nem tudo são flores, está na hora do interfone começar a funcionar pois se não haver um meio de comunicação entre alguém dentro com quem estiver fora e sem chave, a pessoa não consegue entrar pois as casas são distantes da portaria principal.
