E um condominio "Classe Media baixa "ao contrario do que colocaram em um comentario acima q seria classe alta rsrs! Jamais !!!!
Sao aptos de 2 ou 3 dormitorios em um bairro periférico bem na av yervant dispoe de elevadores tem um parquinho/quadra/piscina /portaria e um salao e churrasqueira onde o proprio condominio TE LIMITA a receber no maximo 50 convidados(e nao é pela pandemia e sim regra deles mesmo)
Vista bonita é algo que nao tem mesmo

It is a condominium "Medium lower class" unlike what was posted in a comment above that would be high class lol! Never!!!!
They are suitable for 2 or 3 bedrooms in a peripheral neighborhood right on Av. yervant has elevators has a playground/court/swimming pool/concierge and a lounge and barbecue area where the condominium itself LIMITS to receive a maximum of 50 guests (and it is not due to the pandemic and yes their own rule)
Beautiful view is something you really don't have.
And that's it......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local não é dos mais fáceis para se estacionar, a rua onde você deixa ou pega uma pessoa é muito estreita e está sempre com carros estacionados de um ou ambos os lados, sem contar com o fato de ser mão dupla com movimento bem considerável, então você tem que dar sorte para poder parar em uma das duas recepções, ainda mais recentemente, onde a entrada principal não está deixando as pessoas saírem, apenas entrarem ou pegarem encomendas. A localização da segunda recepção é ainda pior, estando localizada na ladeira que fica após o condomínio mas fora isso, não é nada demais.
The place is not the easiest to park, the street where you leave or pick up a person is very narrow and there are always cars parked on one or both sides, not to mention the fact that it is two-way with considerable movement, so you have to be lucky to be able to stop at one of the two receptions, even more recently where the main entrance is not letting people out, just in or taking orders. The location of the second reception is even worse, being located on the slope that is after the condominium but other than that, it's no big deal.
