★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico resolveu problema em menos de 1 hora, porém cobrou um preço muito alto que foi de 900,00, reais, é praticamente um salário mínimo.
Funciona do seguinte modo, o técnico realiza visita de forma gratuita e avalia o problema ocorrido, depois do analise vc pode ter interesse em contratar serviço ou não. Ele informou para mim o motivo pelo qual ocorreu problema, porém ele não informou para mim o preço do serviço pois segundo ele iria descobrir ao quanto é complexo para resolver de fato quando ele colocar ao mão na massa, e perguntou se eu gostaria de contratar o serviço. Eu disse que sim, e ele aproveitou da situação e cobrou esse preço alto. Achei um preço muito abusivo em comparação ao tempo trabalhado.
Achei bom que resolver problema até agradece, mas depois procurei orçamentos em outras empresas e não existe esse preço.

He informed me the reason why the problem occurred, but he did not inform me the price of the service because, according to him, he would find out how complex it is to actually solve it when he puts it in my hands, and he asked if I would like to hire the service. I said yes, and he took advantage of the situation and charged that high price. I found a very abusive price compared to the time worked.
I thought it was good to solve the problem and thank you, but then I looked for quotes in other companies and there is no such price.
