★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito aconchegante, tem piscina, churrasqueira, área de lazer pra crianças. O estacionamento é grande, possibilitando passear com o pet, caminhar. E na porta, tem um espaço de lojas, padaria, sorveteria, farmácia que é bem legal TB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa fazer uma reciclagem com os porteiros, sem educação, não querem fazer o mínimo. Fui deixar dois adultos, uma criança e um bebê de colo de 2meses, no condomínio no dia 15/01/2022 às 18:05 (pela hora da pra ver na escala quem era o porteiro, para não generalizar, pq é uma falta de respeito com a classe ter uma pessoa incompetente na função), o porteiro não fez o mínimo interfonar para o apartamento do condômino, para liberar a entrada. Resumindo tiveram que descer na portaria. Só um aviso, tem muita gente educada e melhor preparada precisando de emprego, pega a visão!!! Atenção Síndico vamos treinar esse pessoal.
