Undoubtedly the highlight of this building is the size of the apartments, they are huge, very spacious. New and modern elevators, newly renovated garage, great neighborhood location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um prédio antigo tem as manutenções em dia, toda estrutura é firme e os apartamentos tem uma ótima metragem. É um prédio habitado por muitos proprietários e isso facilita as melhorias. A localização é ótima e tem tudo perto! Algumas áreas comuns ainda precisam ser modernizados mas aos poucos as coisas vão acontecendo aqui! RECOMENDO!
Despite being an old building, it has up-to-date maintenance, the entire structure is firm and the apartments have great footage. It is a building inhabited by many owners and this facilitates improvements. The location is great and everything is close! Some common areas still need to be modernized but little by little things are happening here! I RECOMMEND!
