★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an older condominium but it's a good size, airy nod clean. It is well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. Internet s included. The location is very convenient. It is right next to the metro station and only two blocks from Ipanema beach. It has individual air conditioning units in each bed room. The Sunday market is only a block away. There are some good restaurants around. The grocery is just around the corner.
The Windows do rattle when the wind blows. The elevator in the building is old! But it seems reliable and serves its purpose. It can get noisy on weekends but I gather that it is normal.
