★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização. Ótimos e sólidos apartamentos. Como foi construído há muitos anos, a qualidade do acabamento, estrutura e tamanho dos cômodos e superior aos apartamentos atuais perdendo apenas na área de lazer que é bem simples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente bom, vizinhos bons, tranquilidade e segurança e só não dei todas as estrelas porque o valor do condomínio e as taxas fazem aumentar muito perante um prédio com APARTAMENTO DE UM QUARTO E QUE NÃO TEM TANTAS COISAS PRA OFERECER ASSIM PARA O VALOR SER TÃO ALTO A ESSE PONTO. Se pesquisarmos nas imediações veremos mais um cômodo(DOIS QUARTOS) com valor menor e mais opções de lazer.
Good environment, good neighbors, tranquility and security and the only reason I didn't give all the stars because the condominium value and rates increase a lot compared to a building with a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT AND THAT DOESN'T HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO OFFER SO FOR THE VALUE TO BE SO HIGH TO THAT POINT. If we search the surroundings we will see another room (TWO BEDROOMS) with a lower price and more leisure options.
