If I lived in Méier I would choose this pleasant condominium. It is a Golden Nugget in the heart of the North. The neighborhood is everyone's dream.

For the value of the condominium we should have better cleaning, new elevators less noisy, improvements like painting, a beautiful facade like a tidy sidewalk pruned tree I would like to have a tidier building ... improvements are always welcome.
