★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, estive nessa presente data 29/10/21 fui nesse estabelecimento pra tomar um café, que por sinal sensacional, o atendimento sensacional, agora deve pairar a dúvida. Porque ele deu essa nota baixa? Por causa de uma atitude desnecessária e mal educada de forma grosseira e desrespeitosa que a atendente do balcão foi tratada. Simplesmente porque se confundiu no momento dos pedidos do café. Um senhor falando "alto presta a atençã, não escutou o pedido." Chega deu aquele mau estar, poderia tranquilamente falar com a atendente no particular. Me dirigi ao caixa e perguntei a atendente quem era? Me informou que era o dono. Falei com ela, lamentável esse tipo de atitude, não devo voltar só por causa dessa atitude e o constrangimento causado a sua funcionária.
Good morning, I was on this date 10/29/21 I went to this establishment for a coffee, which by the way is sensational, the sensational service, now there must be doubts. Why did he give such a low grade? Because of an unnecessary and rude attitude in a rude and disrespectful way that the counter attendant was treated. Simply because he got confused when ordering coffee. A gentleman saying "loud pay attention, did not listen to the request." Enough was that bad feeling, I could calmly talk to the attendant in private. I went to the cashier and asked the clerk who it was? He informed me he was the owner. I spoke to her, regrettable this kind of attitude, I must not go back just because of this attitude and the embarrassment caused to her employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa ter mais opções veganas, só pão francês é triste. Precisam organizar também um espaço para a fila do pão e do caixa, pois nos horários de movimento fica difícil transitar ali e entender quem está na fila e quem está fora. As comidas são lindas, a padaria parece de excelencia culinária.
There needs to be more vegan options, only French bread is sad. They also need to organize a space for the bread and checkout lines, as during times of movement it is difficult to move there and understand who is in line and who is outside. The food is beautiful, the bakery seems to have culinary excellence.

Good service, now there's pizza with soda you can take or eat at the place so choose dessert, my daughter chose lemon pie, sorry I forgot to take a picture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço 3 refeições por dia neste estabelecimento . Sempre fui muito bem tratado pelos funcionários ,gerentes e o Sr Marcos dono da padaria .Não temos na redondeza melhor local de refeições !!!
I eat 3 meals a day at this establishment. I was always very well treated by the employees, managers and Mr Marcos, owner of the bakery. We don't have a better dining place in the vicinity!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são ótimos ,mas o atendimento de alguns funcionários não, 1 estrela porque gastei quase 40 reais,pedi 2 copos descartáveis e os funcionários disseram que eu teria que comprar mais um refrigerante pra me darem os 2 copos. Sexta feira 6 de maio de 2022 na parte da manhã.
The products are great, but the service of some employees is not, 1 star because I spent almost 40 reais, I asked for 2 disposable cups and the employees said I would have to buy another soda to give me the 2 cups. Friday May 6, 2022 in the morning.
