★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Prédio possui uma excelente localização, estrutura, conta com profissionais de diversas áreas (médicos, dentistas, advogados, contadores, etc) e ainda possui vagas de garagem para os visitantes, o que é muito bom, além de estar sempre limpo e cheiroso.
Os funcionários são extremamente educados, o que se estende aos recepcionistas, que são gentis, atentos e se portam com muito profissionalismo, além de estarem sempre impecáveis.
E, há em sua lateral uma cafeteria maravilhosa.
 The building has an excellent location, structure, has professionals from different areas (doctors, dentists, lawyers, accountants, etc.) and even has parking spaces for visitors, which is very good, in addition to being always clean and fragrant.
The employees are extremely polite, which extends to the receptionists, who are kind, attentive and behave with great professionalism, in addition to being always impeccable.
And, on its side there is a wonderful cafeteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio de fato é muito bonito e bom só que o grande problema é o lixão que fica na entrada quando estamos quase chegando no prédio e tem muitos moradores de rua circulando por ali também que me dá um certo medo
