★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um condomínio popular, prédio antigo, construído com paredes autoportantes, porém muitos apartamentos são reformados e bons, tem 2quartos. As pessoas se conhecem e se cuidam, as crianças brincam no play mas não é recomendado que desçam sozinhas. Tem um público variado, entre pessoas esclarecidas e idôneas até pessoas barraqueiras a nível baixo escalão. Fica próximo ao valão, em época de chuva quando a bomba está com problema, a água sobe em nível pouco a cima da calçada, mas nunca chegou a entrar nas casas.
It is a popular condominium, an old building, built with self-supporting walls, but many apartments are renovated and good, with 2 bedrooms. People get to know each other and take care of each other, children play in play but it is not recommended that they go down alone. Very dirty walls inside the buildings, it looks like they haven't cleaned/painted in years. Lots of slippers at the doors. Old awnings and holes in the windows. It seems there are no rules.
