★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício de frente para a praia. Excelente lugar, super tranquilo. Do outro lado da rua tem um clube com piscinas e festas no fim de semana. O prédio possui garagem, dois elevadores, serviço com porteiro, local para se lavar após voltar da praia.
Building facing the beach. Excellent place, super quiet. Across the street there is a club with pools and parties on the weekend. The building has a garage, two elevators, service with doorman, place to wash after returning from the beach.
