★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionarios da recepção muito atenciosos e cuidadosos com a segurança. No estacionamento os garagistas são muito educados, cuidadosos e pró ativos. As empresas do condomio, as que conheço, prestam excelentes serviços.
Reception staff very attentive and careful with security. Parking garages are very polite, careful and proactive. The condominium companies, the ones I know, provide excellent services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei alguns minutos antes das oito pois tinha uma consulta às 8:15, chamei duas vezes na portaria na segunda a síndica atendeu, de forma muito grosseira e mandou eu ligar no apartando, liguei mas o interfone estava quebrado, fui entregar um documento importante para um morador, graças a falta de vontade da síndica ficou sem ser entregue
