★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o tipo de atendimento, a recepcionista que faz o atendimento no telefone já atende , falando para aguardar, até aí tudo bem, em duas ligações que tentei contato, se passaram quase 15 minutos, ouvi toda a movimentação, a mesma atendendo os pacientes e atendendo outra linha. Nunca vi algo parecido, se está muito ocupada, seria mais fácil pegar o telefone da pessoa e entrar em contato quando as coisas estiverem calmas. Fui uma vez pra nunca mais! Creio que daria para atender o telefone, sendo que nem permitem subir com o acompanhante. Aprendam a prestar um serviço melhor, todos que ligam e comparecem na clínica merecem atenção e respeito. Melhorem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meio a tantas avaliações ruins, quando vim aqui compartilhar a minha indignação, vejo que deveria antes de ter ido a clínica, ter visto essas experiências ruins que aqui estão. Contato com a clínica é impossível, uma atendente que atende e manda aguardar sem ao menos deixar você falar um alô é totalmente antiprofissional, ela te larga por mais de 10 minutos sem ao menos lhe dar uma satisfação, com isso te vence pelo cansaço, você desliga e quando tenta contato novamente, o telefone obviamente está ocupado! Falta de respeito e profissionalismo! Precisava passar novamente com a Dra. que me atendeu muito bem, mas por conta desse atendimento péssimo das recepcionistas, não retornarei. Evitem passar nervoso e marquem suas consultas em clínicas que ao menos te respeitem. Mudem ou perderão muitos pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive nenhum aborrecimento. Só posso falar bem pq sempre volto e continuarei voltando. O Dr. Wellington, vascular, é um médico muito atencioso e confio nele. A recepcionista é muito atenciosa. Sempre muito educada. Falo com ela pelo whatsapp e sempre me atende prontamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento das recepcionistas muito bom, todas muito simpáticas e sempre dispostas a tirar dúvidas e ajudar os pacientes. Doutora Vera é um amor de pessoa, uma médica nota mil, super atenciosa com as dúvidas e sana todas elas durante a consulta, realmente eu amei.
Agora a doutora Eliana é totalmente diferente, fazia uns 3 anos que eu não ia na dermatologista, então quando fui tinha bastante dúvidas e problemas, quando eu disse que tinha mais de um problema ela começou a falar que tinha outros pacientes e que não podia demorar sendo que eu cheguei 16:35 minha consulta era 16:40 e ela me atendeu 17:00, quem estava atrasada era ela e não eu, fazendo a consulta de qualquer jeito, digamos assim e foi bem grossa, sai de lá bem chateada, vi as reclamações e mesmo assim fui, só pra quebrar a cara e perder tempo.

Now Dr. Eliana is totally different, I hadn't been to the dermatologist for about 3 years, so when I went I had a lot of doubts and problems, when I said I had more than one problem, she started saying that she had other patients and that it couldn't be long since I arrived at 4:35 pm my appointment was 4:40 pm and she saw me at 5:00 pm, she was the one who was late, not me, making the appointment anyway, let's say and it was very rude, I left there very upset, I saw the complaints and I went anyway, just to lose my face and waste time.
