★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção por telefone é péssimo, o atendente nem agrada terminarmos a solicitação já desliga o telefone, fala com muita impessoalidade.Ele devia lembrar que ele é a primeira linha de contato com os clientes do edifício, a cara a mostra dos serviços prestados, portanto devia ser o mais cordial e humano possível, como se fossemos únicos, mas é bem o contrário. Não aprovo!
The reception service by phone is terrible, the attendant doesn't even like to finish the request, he already hangs up the phone, he speaks very impersonally. He should remember that he is the first line of contact with the building's clients, the face showing the services provided, therefore it should be as cordial and human as possible, as if we were unique, but quite the opposite. I don't approve!
