★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamentos muito pequenos, apertados, taxa de condomínio elevadíssima sendo q o próprio não oferta nenhum lazer, tampouco trata-se de um condomínio fechado. Os preços dos aluguéis e de venda são um horror de caros (as pessoas perderam a noção do valor das coisas), logo o custo-benefício não é nada bom. No entanto, a morada é boa, um local tranquilo, predominantemente familiar, com muitas crianças, idosos e é permitido animais. Além disso, conta com uma paróquia local (Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe) que sempre realiza eventos de integração da comunidade. Enfim, morei muitos anos da minha vida aqui
Cresci aqui, mas não retornaria a morar no condomínio. Somente em alguma casa das ruas adjacentes e paralelas, que por sinal, são lindas e muito boas!
