Ela chegou no absurdo de tentar enquadrar a abertura do trinco da porta como violação de normas sobre o silêncio. Uma abertura de trinco de porta! O trinco da mesma faz mais barulho que o nosso e nem por isso infernizamos a vida dessa mulher.
É revoltante !
I rent an apartment in the building and the superintendent Maria Lúcia chases the residents and disturbs people. She arrived at the absurdity of trying to frame the opening of the door latch as a violation of rules on silence. A door latch opening! The latch of it makes more noise than ours and that is not why we made this woman's life hell.
It is revolting !

Ela está sempre olhando para dentro do meu apartamento enquanto fazemos as refeições, além disso, ela nos deu uma advertência por barulho de talher e pratos a noite !? Segundo ela, a vizinha acima do meu apto se incomoda quando jantamos após as 22 hrs. Aqui vc tem horário limite pra fazer suas refeições, é ridículo.
Há um porteiro que não abre e nem interfona avisando das visitas. Minha irmã veio a minha casa pela manhã e o porteiro não interfonou avisando! Tive que descer até a portaria para permitir a entrada dela.
A localização é boa, mas não é um lugar agradável de se morar.
The building manager is chasing the residents. She is always looking into my apartment while we eat, besides, she gave us a warning for the noise of silverware and dishes at night !? According to her, the neighbor above my apt is upset when we have dinner after 10 pm. Here you have time limit to eat your meals, it's ridiculous.
There is a doorman who does not open or intercom to warn of visits. My sister came to my house in the morning and the doorman did not call to warn me! I had to go down to the entrance to allow her to enter.
The location is good, but it is not a pleasant place to live.
