★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar minha reclamação com relação a administração do predio. Sou locataria, e em minha ausencia, por conta da proprietaria ter dado as plantas que estavam na varanda, entraram no meu apartamento, sem minha autorização, retiraram as plantas e sumiu outros objetos...
Não tendo isso como satisfeito, enviei duas sacolas de roupas, numa quinta feira para lavanderia (serviço terceriazado do predio mas incluso no pacote de serviços), recebi na terça feira um sacola de roupas sujas, que segundo eles não estavam inclusos e seriam serviços extras...Me pergunto porque não me sinalizaram e apenas quatro dias depois me devolveram elas sujas? E a outra sacola de roupas sumiu...
Busquei saber do responsavel do predio, Sr Domingos, que não soube me dar nenhuma posição e quando eu sinalizei que iria falar com o sindico quando chegasse do trabalho, me foi informado que o mesmo mão atende, pois como trabalha fora, apenas atende moradores entre 10:00 e 11:00 de seg a sabado.
Diante disso, da para saber porque o predio é uma zona!!!
Completamente insatisfeita tanto com oCondominio quanto com a imobiliaria que não me deu suporte nenhum mesmo depois de ter sido notificada dos ocorridos.

I would like to leave my complaint regarding the administration of the building. I am a tenant, and in my absence, because the landlord gave the plants that were on the balcony, entered my apartment without my permission, removed the plants and disappeared other objects ...
Not being satisfied, I sent two bags of clothes on a Thursday for laundry (tertiary building service but included in the service package), received on Tuesday a bag of dirty clothes, which they said were not included and would be extra services ... I wonder why they didn't signal me and just four days later they returned me dirty? And the other bag of clothes is gone ...
I sought to know from the head of the building, Mr Domingos, who could not give me any position and when I signaled that I would talk to the union when I got home from work, I was informed that the same hand answers, because as it works outside, only meets residents between 10am and 11am Mon to Saturday.
Given this, you can tell why the building is a zone !!!
Completely dissatisfied with both the condominium and the real estate that did not support me even after being notified of the events.
