Nossa historia
O DIMI é um restaurante familiar, fruto de uma mistura apaixonante, da culinária italiana com a brasileira. Nasceu no fim de 2019, com um ambiente aconchegante, que resgata a memória das deliciosas refeições em família, com nosso nonno Armando Meniqueti e nossa nonna Joana Padovani. Em nossos pratos, é possível sentir o sabor único daqueles momentos de união, sempre marcados por muita alegria, amor e fortes emoções. Visitar o DIMI, é viver a gostosa experiência de fazer parte de uma boa e tradicional família Italiana!

Comida de qualidade e com um prato super apresentável, kudos para o chefe de cozinha e sua equipe que são maravilhosos.
Fui muito bem recebida pelo Fernando e todos que me atenderam, sempre preocupados e dispostos a fazer a minha experiência a melhor possível.
Com certeza voltarei neste restaurante e aconselho a todos a experimentar, vocês não vão se arrepender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que grata surpresa! Viemos num domingo, o restaurante estava bem vazio. Fomos muito bem atendidos, e a comida estava ótima. Torço muito para que passem por esse período de pandemia e se estabeleçam. Voltarei mais vezes para provar outros pratos.
What a pleasant surprise! We came on a Sunday, the restaurant was quite empty. We were very well attended, and the food was great. I really hope that they will go through this pandemic period and establish themselves. I will be back more often to try other dishes.

O meu prato de bife "ancho" estava horrível, utilizaram claramente dois cortes de carnes diferentes.
A primeira metade, supostamente "ancho", parecia ser feita com restos de gordura, a carne precisava ser resgatada no meio da banha. A segunda metade era picanha requentada, bem dura.
O prato do meu namorado, ravióli, estava com a massa adormecido, com as pontas até duras de ressecamento.
O atendimento foi bom, mas os pratos, lastimável.
I came to know the restaurant for the sao paulo restaurant week.
My ancho steak dish was awful, they clearly used two different cuts of meat.
The first half, supposedly "ancho", seemed to be made with leftover fat, the meat needed to be rescued in the middle of the lard. The second half was reheated sirloin steak, very tough.
My boyfriend's dish, ravioli, had the dough dormant, with the edges even stiff from drying out.
The service was good, but the dishes were terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pequeno salão com toalhas e guardanapos de pano e música baixinha. O atendimento é excelente (o que surpreende pela clientela difícil da região). Garçons sempre solícitos e simpáticos, o que cria o clima familiar do restaurante.
A cozinha precisa de uma melhora. O ancho (R$ 79) estava completamente insosso, provavelmente por acompanhar um molho já levemente salgado, e bastante duro, próximo de bem passado. Eu havia pedido ponto para mal passado. Impossível cortar a carne com a faca que fica na mesa.
A taça de vinho (R$ 29) cai muito bem, apesar de só existir apenas uma opção, o cabernet que serviram agrada a todos.
O pudim (R$ 17) me deixou na dúvida se foi feito lá, mas estava bom.
O cardápio é variado e no geral comer no restaurante é agradável, mas precisa entregar um pouco mais pelo que cobra.
Small lounge with towels and cloth napkins and low music. The service is excellent (which is surprising given the difficult clientele in the region). Waiters are always helpful and friendly, which creates a family atmosphere in the restaurant.
The kitchen needs an improvement. The ancho (R$79) was completely tasteless, probably because it accompanied an already slightly salty sauce, and quite hard, close to well done. I had asked for a point for rare. Impossible to cut the meat with the knife that is on the table.
The glass of wine (R$ 29) goes very well, although there is only one option, the cabernet they served pleases everyone.
The pudding (R$17) left me wondering if it was made there, but it was good.
The menu is varied and overall eating at the restaurant is pleasant, but it needs to deliver a little more for what it charges.

Local agradável e intimista. Atendimento simpático.
Fui com meu namorado e pedimos spaghetti e frango ao molho de mostarda com purê de raízes. As 4 estrelas são porque achamos que a quantidade do macarrão foi ótima, porém o frango poderia ser servido em uma quantidade um pouco maior.
Apesar disso, é uma boa opção para quem procura um almoço rápido e especial!

I went with my boyfriend and we ordered spaghetti and chicken in mustard sauce with mashed roots. The 4 stars are because we think the amount of pasta was great, but the chicken could be served in a little larger amount.
Despite this, it is a good option for those looking for a quick and special lunch!

Apesar do atendimento ter sido ótimo (gentil e atencioso), da comida estar gostosa, da trilha sonora extremamente agradável, senti falta de um “algo a mais” que me fizesse querer retornar!!! Talvez um pouco mais de personalidade no ambiente!!!
Restaurant located on the ground floor of a flat on a street that was once quite popular - before the pandemic. Despite the service was great (gentle and attentive), the food was delicious, the soundtrack was extremely pleasant, I missed "something more" that made me want to return!!! Maybe a little more personality in the environment!!!
