★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo condomínio, bem estruturado com infra estrutura de primeira qualidade. Muito organizado, bonito com um jardim vertical na fachada que é demais! Construção nova feita pela empresa líder da Cunha está localizado no centro de Campinas a 500 metros do centro de convivência e a uma quadra do bairro Cambuí. Cercado de mercados,farmacias, academias etc... é ótimo para morar!!

O que deixa a desejar, é a falta de respeito com o próximo, muito barulho na madrugada, arrastão móveis na madrugada para fazer faxina, não deixa ninguém descasar em paz, é muita falta de responsabilidade e respeito ao próximo!
Fora os latidos de cachorros, a qualquer hora do dia ou noite,Hall com cheiro insuportável de cachorros, é constrangedor receber visitas no seu AP, pelo Barulho e pelo cheiro!
Ninguém toma providências!

A administradora do condomínio eficiente e com prontidão em resolver qualquer problema.
Mas fica aqui minha dica,antes de locar pesquise sobre a imobiliária e procure saber o perfil do locador do imóvel, para não ter problemas futuros principalmente no ato da entrega do imóvel.?
