★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos desse prédio são pequenos, porém muito confortáveis. Apesar de antigo, esse condomínio é muito bem administrado e está muito bem conservado. Tudo funciona, não há bagunça, os funcionários são bons e a síndica controla tudo com mãos de ferro. Todos estão de parabéns.
The apartments in this building are small but very comfortable. Despite being old, this condominium is very well managed and is very well maintained. Everything works, there is no mess, the employees are good and the manager controls everything with an iron fist. Congratulations to everyone.
