Building with polite and respectful neighborhood, nice and clean, very well situated in Gonzaga, three minutes walk from shopping malls, restaurants and major magazines, great location, one block from the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio mal administrado. Síndica e funcionários não usam máscara. Moradores tem q chamar a atenção da síndica que nem assim concorda em usar máscara. Brigas constantes.
Poorly managed condominium. Superintendent and employees do not wear a mask. Residents have to draw the attention of the liquidator who does not even agree to wear a mask. Constant fights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei a apartamento aqui acho meio inseguro a síndica não permite nada no sábado de manhã fica muito difícil pra quem trabalha e não tem tempo mas o local é maravilhoso perto de tudo
I rented an apartment here I think it's a bit unsafe the landlord doesn't allow anything on Saturday morning it's very difficult for those who work and don't have time but the location is wonderful, close to everything
