★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calçada desse prédio sai uma fumaça com cheiro muito forte de borracha queimada. Além de tóxica, é um absurdo nenhuma medida ser tomada, sendo que está próximo a um dos principais hospitais infantis do país (Sabará).
Vejo que o proprietário (ou síndico) é bastante ríspido e mal educado nas respostas aos comentários. Porém, o proprietário e síndico é que têm o poder de cobrar pela resolução do problema, já que eles têm o número da instalação elétrica e a calçada deles está sendo prejudicada.
Esse problema é tanto da Eneel como negligência dos responsáveis pelo prédio.
Se ninguém resolve, podem denunciar para a mídia!

The sidewalk of this building emits smoke with a very strong smell of burnt rubber. In addition to being toxic, it is absurd for any measure to be taken, given that it is close to one of the main children's hospitals in the country (Sabara).
I see that the owner (or landlord) is quite brusque and rude in responding to comments. However, the owner and manager are the ones who have the power to charge for solving the problem, since they have the electrical installation number and their sidewalk is being damaged.
This problem is both Eneel's and the negligence of those responsible for the building.
If nobody solves it, they can report it to the media!
