★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei minha adolescencia nesse condominio uma grande amiga de escola mora ai e sempre a visitei e usufrui das areas comuns. O salão de festas é amplo e a piscina é grande porém não é aquecida.
Com minha amiga infelizmente não falo mais!!! Sinto falta dela
I spent my teens in this condominium a good friend of school lives there and always visited her and enjoys the common areas. The ballroom is large and the pool is large but not heated.
With my friend unfortunately I do not speak anymore !!! I miss her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito caro, aprox 1200 reias, pro q o prédio oferece, psicina tem aquecedor porém não tem cobertura devida, ou seja gastam energia a toa, melhor nem ligar aquecedor.
Deveriam investigar a administração e colocar portaria eletrônica à distância como todo novo prédio está fazendo com apenas o zelador e o pessoal da limpeza para pegar encomendas no horário comercial
Very expensive condominium, approx 1200 R$, for what the building offers, the pool has a heater but it doesn't have proper coverage, that is, they spend energy for nothing, better not even turn on the heater.
They should investigate the administration and put electronic concierge at a distance like every new building is doing with only the janitor and cleaning staff to take orders during business hours
