★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente, realizei um nobre ato de doação de sangue no Hospital das Clínicas, porém, tive uma péssima experiência com um manobrista dessa empresa, onde fui desarmoniosamente atendido com uma péssima educação. A gratificação que se sente após a atitude de saber que você está salvando uma vida, foi evadida. Solicitei ao funcionário o contato de seu responsável, vulgo Anderson Nunes, onde nada foi resolvido.
Existe uma falta de preparo por parte desta equipe, ainda mais por prestarem serviços em um ponto tão renomado da cidade de São Paulo.
 Recently, I performed a noble act of blood donation at Hospital das Clínicas, however, I had a very bad experience with a valet from that company, where I was treated inharmoniously with a terrible education. The gratification you feel after knowing you're saving a life has been evaded. I asked the employee to contact his person in charge, aka Anderson Nunes, where nothing was resolved.
There is a lack of preparation on the part of this team, especially because they provide services in such a renowned point in the city of São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço para quem utiliza o Hospital das clínicas e explorador uma maldade se ultrapassar 20 minutos,fora a velocidade que os manobristas exercem na parte interna do HC colocando em risco as pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção

Só uso porque sou "obrigado" pois tenho que ir nos exames e consulta.
Funcionários despreparados, e os "encarregados" piores ainda, não sabem nem falar com o cliente que PAGA para estar ali.
Terrible.
I only use it because I'm "thank you" because I have to go to exams and consultation.
Unprepared employees, and the "in charge" even worse, don't even know how to talk to the customer who PAYS to be there.

Além de atrasarem muito para entregarem o carro, o carro está ralado na parte da frente e não consigo falar com ninguém da empresa no telefone indicado na NF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Ao pegar sou comunicada que NÃO Aceita crédito como forma de pagamento, questiono onde está o aviso, uma placa com os valores ENORME e a forma de pagamento minúsculo ?.
Outro detalha me cobrarão 40,00, depois que troquei o cartão para o pagamento e questionar o horário pediram desculpas e o valor correto era 32,00, se fosse uma pessoa leiga iria pagar o valor cobrado. Um assalto sem arma. TENHAM FUNCIONÁRIOS TREINADOS E DIGNO DE FAZER UM ATENDIMENTO COM RESPEITO AO PRÓXIMO, NINGUÉM TEM DINHEIRO PRA JOGAR NO LIXO.
Fui obrigada a deixar uma estrela,mas que fique claro esse serviço de estacionamento é um lixo.
Terrible attendance! When I pick it up I am informed that it DOES NOT accept credit as a form of payment, I ask where the notice is, a sign with the HUGE amounts and the tiny payment method ?.
Another detail will charge me 40.00, after I changed the card for payment and questioning the time they apologized and the correct amount was 32.00, if I were a lay person I would pay the amount charged. An assault without a weapon. HAVE TRAINED EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WORTHY OF PROVIDING SERVICE WITH RESPECT TO THE NEXT, NO ONE HAS MONEY TO THROW IN THE GARBAGE.
I was forced to leave one star, but let it be clear this parking service is rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho no HC! Pago como qualquer pessoa, funcionários homens super grosso! Se achando se o rei de tudo , deixei meu carro no iot nunca foi informado que lá seria pagamentos diferentes , pelo simples motivo de nunca ter vaga pra estacionar deixei com o rapaz no qual informei sobre o segredo do meu carro, e o mesmo não lembrou e saiu empurrando meu veículo não aceito mesmo por isso é falta de responsabilidade sobre o cliente . Meu período é de 12 horas mesmo sendo funciona fui dobrada o valor de 60 um absurdo ! Vocês sobre faturar em cima de tudo ao redor existe estacionamento mais competente cm valor menor e de mais capacidade de cuidar de um veículo de cliente . Não é a primeira vez que esse tipo de constrangimento acontece , e quando vc fala com os funcionários que estão no período noturno eles fazem cara de deboche ! Homens que acham q falar cm mulher tem q ser de qualquer jeito. Estacionamento ruim , gestão ruim e falta de planejamento não indico a nenhum paciente mais e quando perguntaram informarei o quanto vcs são negligente! Claro isso não vai mudar mas de formiguinha em formiguinha as coisas pode mudar.
I work at HC! Paid like anyone else, super thick male employees! If I thought I was the king of everything, I left my car at the iot, I was never informed that there would be different payments, for the simple reason that I never had a parking space, I left it with the guy I informed about the secret of my car, and he didn't remember and left pushing my vehicle not accepted even so it is lack of responsibility on the customer. My period is 12 hours even though it works I doubled the value of 60 an absurd! You over billing on top of everything around there is more competent parking at a lower value and with more capacity to take care of a customer's vehicle. It's not the first time that this kind of embarrassment has happened, and when you talk to the employees who are in the night shift, they make a mockery face! Men who think that talking to women has to be anyway. Bad parking, bad management and lack of planning I don't recommend it to any patient anymore and when they asked I'll inform you how negligent you guys are! Of course, that won't change, but from little ant to little ant things can change.
