★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil para estacionar como visitante,prédio antigo,elevadores super pequenos, circulação de garagem e vagas apertadas.Os apartamentos tem uma boa área,mas necessitam de reforma. A vista para a Baía de Todos os Santos é parcial,pois os prédios da frente atrapalham. A vista ao fundo do prédio é para o Vale do Canela, não achei legal.O prédio possui acesso tanto pela Vitória, como pelo Vale do Canela.
Difficult to park as a visitor, old building, super small elevators, parking garage and tight spaces. The apartments have a good area, but need renovation. The view of the Bay of All Saints is partial, as the buildings in front get in the way. The view at the back of the building is towards Vale do Canela, I didn't think it was cool. The building has access both through Vitória and through Vale do Canela.
