★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização muito boa. A mulher que nos recebe é gentil e educada. O apartsmrnto é bem conservado, tem uma academia no condomínio razoável (tranquilo pra fazer pelo menos o básico). Enfim, são poucos pontos negativos. É excelente, se for pra duas pessoa, no entanto para 4 pessoas deixa a desejar porque só tem um quarto com ar condicionado.
Very good location. The woman who welcomes us is kind and polite. The apartsmrnto is well maintained, has a gym in the condominium reasonable (quiet to do at least the basics). Anyway, there are few negative points. It's excellent, if it's for two people, however for four people it's lacking because it only has one room with air conditioning.

Excellent apartment. Excellent location. The owner is very friendly. The only thing that being on the first floor you can hear a lot all the noises from the club next door and there is no Internet in the apartment. The rest ... excellent! Thank you
