Tenho sugestão de melhoria, sempre venho neste edifício em atendimento com minha esposa, onde entendo que só ela pode subir para o consultório mas é um desrespeito o acompanhante não poder passar da catraca no térreo para fica sentando nas poltronas pedem para nós ficarmos antes da catraca sem onde ter que sentar precisa melhorar este ponto de atenção onde antes da catraca tem apenas uma fileira de cadeira com apenas 3 lugares onde sempre estão ocupados e a maioria fica em pé bem desagradável.

I have suggestions for improvement, I always come to this building with my wife, where I understand that only she can go up to the office but it is disrespectful for the companion not to be able to go from the turnstile on the ground floor to sit in the armchairs they ask us to stay before the turnstile with nowhere to sit, this point of attention needs to be improved, where before the turnstile there is only one row of chairs with only 3 seats where they are always occupied and most of them are standing up very unpleasant.
