★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar apresenta uma vista louvável e muito ampla, porém o condomínio em si (apesar de satisfazer as necessidades convencionais) peca em algumas coisas.
Os elevadores são novos, o playground é amplo, são quatro andares somente para a garagem, porteiros muito receptivos e os apartamentos aconchegantes, entretanto a pintura esta bem desgastada e existe um pouco de barulho vindo da rua.
The place presents a praiseworthy and very wide view, but the condo itself (despite meeting the conventional needs) sins into a few things.
The elevators are new, the playground is large, it's only four stories to the garage, very responsive porters and the cozy apartments, however the paint is well worn and there is a bit of noise coming from the street.
