★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou Morador do Edifício ! Não tenho muito o que falar da gestão ! Mas precisa de algumas mudanças, síndica não faz nada e nem zelador e nunca estão no prédio ! Hoje registrando e aqui 21/05/2020 quem puder não aluguem nada aqui ! Cheio de baratas em todos os andares e a Síndica não faz nada ! Está impossível , você acorda tem barata na cozinha e nos corredores do prédio em diversos andares , fora garagem lotada delas !
I'm a resident of the building! I don't have much to talk about management! But it needs some changes, the superintendent does nothing and is not a janitor and they are never in the building! Today registering and here 05/21/2020 who can not rent anything here! Full of cockroaches on all floors and the Syndica does nothing! It's impossible, you wake up with cockroaches in the kitchen and in the hallways of the building on several floors, outside their crowded garage!
