★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozinha é bem equipada com equipamentos de primeira linha, a Suzy e o Hugo que ficam no apoio são muito dedicados. Fiz o curso intensivo de Iniciantes com a chef Carole Crema, simpática e muito didática. A Betty Kovezi estava sempre a disposição pra ajudar. Finalizei este curso mas já quero voltar pra aprender mais, antes vou fazer tudo o que aprendi por lá. A agenda de cursos é regular, então se você não conseguir agora logo o curso se repete
The kitchen is well equipped with first-rate equipment, Suzy and Hugo who are in the support are very dedicated. I took the Intensive Beginners course with chef Carole Crema, friendly and very didactic. Betty Kovezi was always on hand to help. I finished this course but I already want to go back to learn more, before I will do everything I learned there. The course schedule is regular, so if you can't get it now the course will be repeated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço a Escola do tempo da Da. Wilma. Betty, sua filha, deu continuidade e aperfeiçoou, fez de suas instalações uma verdadeira escola. Grande parte da minha família já fez cursos lá, até minhas netas de 8 anos que já cozinham muito bem.
I know Da. Wilma's School of Time. Betty, her daughter, continued and perfected, made her facilities a real school. A large part of my family has taken courses there, even my 8-year-old granddaughters, who cook very well.

Os utensílios são de primeira qualidade, tanto quanto o ensino.
Tive aula com a encantadora Carole Crema, que me mostrou que cozinhar pode ser muito divertido e prazeiroso. Além da Carole, todo o time da escola é super qualificado!
Tem cursos rápidos com várias especialidades, super recomendo!

The utensils are top notch as far as teaching is concerned.
I had class with the charming Carole Crema, who showed me that cooking can be fun and enjoyable. In addition to Carole, the entire school team is super qualified!
There are quick courses with various specialties, I highly recommend it!
