★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito organizado dentro do condomínio. Os apartamentos são de bom tamanho para família de 2 até no máximo 4 pessoas (68m2 se não me engano), bem distribuído. O prédio é de concreto, então não vai ouvir os vizinhos, o que é ótimo, a privacidade é bem grande. No geral a rua é silenciosa.
Everything very organized inside the condominium. The apartments are of a good size for a family of 2 up to a maximum of 4 people (68m2 if I'm not mistaken), well distributed. The building is made of concrete, so you won't hear the neighbors, which is great, the privacy is great. In general the street is quiet.
