★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei na frente e sempre tive problemas com a construção desse empreendimento. Meu carro ficava cheio de concreto que caia da construção, mas o responsável pela obra pagou tudo. O empreendimento ficou lindo.
I lived in the front and always had problems with the construction of this enterprise. My car was full of concrete that fell from the building, but the person responsible for the work paid for everything. The project was beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho dó de quem mora nos andares mais baixos. São muito próximos à rua. Passando pela calçada...vc ouve o que falam dentro do apto. O playground das crianças é muito exposto à calçada também. Embora tenham colocado uma cerca viva que melhorou um pouco.
I pity anyone who lives on the lower floors. They are very close to the street. Passing the sidewalk ... you hear what they say inside the apartment. The children's playground is very exposed to the sidewalk as well. Although they have put a hedge that has improved a bit.
