Bem localizado cerca de 15 minutos do centro da cidade, com acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da beira mar de Fortaleza. Ficando próximo a farmácias, loterica, supermercados, padaria, escolas, hospitais, postos de saúde, postos de gasolina, lojas de conveniência, mini mercados e hortifrutícolas. Ótimo lugar para morar ou para estadias e temporadas.
The condo is located on Iracema beach, with an excellent view of the sea. Well located about 15 minutes from the city center, with access to the main tourist spots on the seafront of Fortaleza. Being close to pharmacies, lottery, supermarkets, bakery, schools, hospitals, health centers, gas stations, convenience stores, mini markets and fruit and vegetables. Great place to live or for stays and seasons.
