★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apartamento é bem localizado, com uma boa estrutura (máquina de lavar moderna) e estando próximo a beira-mar de noite tínhamos restaurantes próximos para jantar. No apartamento que alugamos só faltou lugar para pendurar a roupa lavada, por mais que a màquina de lavar também era secadora nós gostaríamos de pendurar para não termos que ficar esperando. Muito bom, recomendamos.
The apartment is well located, with a good structure (modern washing machine) and being close to the seafront at night we had restaurants nearby for dinner. The apartment we rented just lacked a place to hang the laundry, even though the washing machine was also a dryer we would like to hang it so we don't have to wait. Very good, we recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que estou de férias procuro visitar Fortaleza, e no ano passado tive a oportunidade de hospedar-me no referindo edifício com a minha família, e ficamos muitíssimos satisfeitos com toda estrutura oferecida.
Então resolvi repetir a experiência pois tudo nele é de excelente qualidade.
Whenever I'm on vacation I try to visit Fortaleza, and last year I had the opportunity to stay in that building with my family, and we were extremely satisfied with all the structure offered.
So I decided to repeat the experience because everything in it is of excellent quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por fim encontrei um lugar que me identifiquei em termos de hospedagem em Fortaleza. O apartamento para temporada do Sr. Nobre no 11o andar é simplesmente magnifico - podem procurar no Airbnb! Na época que fui houveram imprevistos na relação da administração do condomínio com hóspedes (praticamente tudo estava proibido, inclusive visitas, o que pra mim seria péssimo, já que tenho familiares em Fortaleza), mas com o excelente suporte do Sr. Nobre tive a melhor estadia de todas. Com certeza terei sempre onde ficar!
Finally I found a place that I identified in terms of accommodation in Fortaleza. Mr. Nobre's vacation apartment on the 11th floor is simply magnificent - you can look it up on Airbnb! At the time I went there were unforeseen events in the relationship between the administration of the condominium and guests (practically everything was prohibited, including visits, which for me would be terrible, since I have family in Fortaleza), but with the excellent support of Mr. Nobre I had the best stay from all. I'm sure I'll always have somewhere to stay!
