I went there just in passing .. get the dj from gr6 with mc chapo and xoquito .. but the atmosphere is pleasant .. great place to live ...

Um dos primeiros prédios construídos naquele local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE TIVER ANIMAL NAO MORE NESSE EDIFÍCIO, tratam seu animal como se fosse uma doença, não pode fazer nada, não pode nem andar quando for sair, aliás não pode sair nem pelo portão, tem q ser pela garagem, onde já se viu isso ???? Sair por onde entrar e sai os carros ??????????????????? Tem uma porteira mulher, a única mulher da portaria, EXTREMAMENTE mal educada!
Eles falam que vão reformar a quadra e academia mas pode esquecer, não vão arrumar nuncaaaa, vai ficar pra sempre em reforma.
Os outros porteiros são bem educados e maravilhosos, prestativos, inclusive o zelador Jair!
IF YOU HAVE ANIMAL DO NOT LIVE IN THIS BUILDING, they treat your animal as if it were a disease, you can't do anything, you can't even walk when you go out, in fact you can't even go out the gate, it has to be through the garage, where have you seen this? ??? Exit where to enter and exit the cars ???????????????????? There is a female concierge, the only woman in the concierge, EXTREMELY rude!
They say they are going to renovate the court and gym but forget it, they will never fix it, it will be under renovation forever.
The other doormen are very polite and wonderful, helpful, including the caretaker Jair!
