★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo com apartamentos grandes (108 m) sendo 3 quartos onde um é suíte. O condomínio é caro, certa de 700 reais visto que sua infraestrutura não é tão grandiosa assim.
A localizado é excelente, próximo a restaurantes, bares e pontos de ônibus.
Contudo o apartamento é bom, mas poderiam melhorar no quesito condomínio.
Old building with large apartments (108 m) being 3 bedrooms where one is a suite. The condominium is expensive, about 700 reais since its infrastructure is not that great.
The location is excellent, close to restaurants, bars and bus stops.
However the apartment is good, but could improve in the condominium.
