Neste condomínio, cuidado com as locações de apenas um quarto. A convenção e regulamento não permitem e você estará comprando uma dor de cabeça.
Excellent place to live, rest or have as a base to explore the gastronomy and beauties of Serra da Mantiqueira.
In this condominium, beware of renting only one bedroom. Convention and regulation don't allow it and you'll be buying yourself a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 3 dias hospedado com minha namorada nesse edifício, fui muito bem recebido pela Naira e seu marido, quarto muito bonito e confortável, perto demais do parque capivari, uber super barato por ficar próximo dos principais lugares, recomendo demais!
I spent 3 days staying with my girlfriend in this building, I was very well received by Naira and her husband, very nice and comfortable room, very close to the capivari park, uber super cheap for being close to the main places, I highly recommend it!
