This condo is very beautiful! I had the opportunity to visit a friend of mine who lives there and I was delighted. Located on the Avenida with easy access, it offers ample parking, swimming pool, everything is really cool. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fica no bairro da Cohab , possui boa localização, é um condominio diferenciado pois os apartamentos possuem apenas um quarto(estilo flat ) , com sacada , banheiro, sala intergrada com a cozinha(minúscula)e a lavanderia ( bem discreta ) muito pequena, suficiente apenas para um casal s filhos . Para você que não possue automóvel, pode ficar tranquilo, pois fica perto de um ponto de ônibus.
